As an industry leader in providing gas solutions, we realize the importance of utilizing technology to efficiently produce high-quality gases. That is why Middlesex Gases has a 400 sq. ft. state-of-the-art specialty gas lab and 2400 sq. ft. filling station at our Everett, MA location. To better serve our medical and bio-pharmaceutical customers, we added automated equipment allowing multiple gas cylinders to be filled and tested at the same time with higher accuracy. This technology improves the analytical production time which translates into a faster turnaround for product use.

- State-of-the-art Oxidizer Auto Blend Cell automatically generates filling recipes
- Our Auto Blend gravimetrically fills 6 tanks at one time to primary standard, rather than previously manually filling 1 tank at a time
- Gas storage packs for filling medical, laser and primary mixes have allowed for faster fill times—reducing the lead time on most mix gases
Automated Cylinder Inverter
Our automated cylinder inverter allows for better blending of mixed gases for accurate analytical results.
With a touchscreen interface, our operators have full automatic control of the entire mixing process. A safety light beam on the unit alerts our specialists if there is a low-pressure issue. For optimal outcome, operators can select the number of inversion cycles and length of time cylinders are held in the inverted and upright position.
